Overview

The first choice that you are going to make in the game is the faction you are going to start your adventure with. Each faction has its unique building design, starting heroes, special units, and also its own buff. These factions have also their own unique story and inhabitants, and yes, each faction has different races residing in it!

Later down the road, you are also able to switch between factions to fit what you are trying to accomplish in the game. The first time switching will be for free, but after that, you need to start buying the item with gems.

Springwardens

Main races:
Elves, Treants, Forest Eagles

The faction of Springwardens is good when you and your allies are heading into war. The marching speed will be huge for their special units, and the healing speed helps you to get your troops back faster on the battlefield. if you are looking to play with mounted archers and flying cavalry to destroy the enemy backline, This is the perfect faction for you.

League of Orders

Humans, halflings, celestials

Waldyr

Celestials

By far this faction is the best one to start with, the gathering speed makes it easy to develop your account at a fast pace, but the biggest factors that make this faction so good is the starting commander and the insanely powerful mage units. Waldyr is a mage that does AOE from afar causing damage and debuff to the enemy infantries. You can pair him up with any mage hero and he will do just great. His talents tree is also ideal for open-field fights. A solid faction from early till late game.

Wilderburg

Orcs, Goblins, Satyrs, Tavrosi

Are you looking to start with an infantry hero? Want to help build and destroy alliance structure faster? Then this would be the faction that you are looking for! The orcs are experts at melee combat, if put at a disadvantage from enemy long-range attacks, don’t be afraid to call your special flying units to the action! This is the most underwhelming faction between the 3 of them. I will only recommend this faction if you are on the look for higher building engineering and physical damage stats in the late game.
